If your reading this then you might have kids or thinking about having kids. This is a life changing experience. For the good or for the worse ill leave that up to you. For me its one of the best things that ever happened to me.

It can be overwhelming and you might think there is to much going on and thinking to yourself what should I do.

The truthful answer is it all depends on your partner. However if I leave it at that then this post would be a bad post and I will also upset some proud mothers so let me tell you some musts to making this new adjustment in life work.

1. Pack the car when you go places -If your partner is anything like mine it takes forever to walk out the door so if you get the car ready you will save time and get to your destination faster.
2. Give your partner some personal time- You need to give your partner a break while you stay home with the little ones. if not one can blow up. Put your self in there shoes. If you hung out with little kids all day wouldn’t you want to interact with adults? I know I would.
3. Dive in and help out- Don’t be afraid to change a pamper, make a bottle, put them to bed or play with your kids. These little things go a long way.

These are just a few teasers and being a man I know how we are so I don’t want to post a long list and overwhelm anyone.

Start small and do what you can. Just make sure you get involved in your kids life.
